Customer satisfaction is one of our main goals. Shantrece’s Boutique will gladly refund an order or item within 30 days of purchase. Items must have been purchased at Shantreces.com and an original order # is required to process returns. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Items must not be soiled or washed. Items returned without tags attached will be given a store credit for the return. Clearance Items, personalized items, swimwear, sleepwear, and onesies may NOT be returned. Special Occasion/Holiday items (i.e. Easter, Christmas, Halloween, etc.) may NOT be returned beginning two weeks before the Holiday/Special Occasion. Giftsets may NOT be returned if the giftset has been opened. If the gift box is damaged, you will be charged a $5.00 service fee. Items that are sent as gifts can only be returned by the gift recipient for store credit and otherwise follow the same return guidelines as other purchases. We can not give cash (or cash equivalent, checks, etc.) or credit the recipient's credit card for gift returns. However, if a gift item is returned then we will credit the purchaser for the amount of the purchase (minus shipping). Original shipping charges and your return mailing charges for returns are not refundable. Your return mailing charges are reimbursable if the item is being returned as a result of our error. You may receive store credit or have us credit your credit card for the amount of the return. We can only credit the card used for the original purchase. We can not credit a different card. We do not give refunds by cash or check.
In order to properly process your return, you must perform the following steps. These steps are important so that we know you are trying to return an item and we can properly credit your account.
Step 1: Contact us at customercare@shantreces.com. Include the following information in your e-mail.
Please include ALL of this information.
-Your name
-Original Order Number
-Item(s) you are going to return
-Reason for return
-Your e-mail address
-State whether you would like us to credit your credit card or receive store credit
Step 2: Once you have received a return confirmation from us, you can pack the product in the original box/package if possible. Otherwise, properly pack the item in another box for mailing. Address the package as follows: Shantrece’s Boutiquec/o Returns

Naperville, IL 60563 (PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS TO THIS RETURN ADDRESS WITHOUT FIRST GETTING A RETURN CONFIRMATION).
Items returned without confirmation may not be properly credited. Write the confirmation# on the outside of the package. We recommend that you insure your package before mailing. We cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of the package you are mailing. We must receive the item(s) in original condition in order to credit your account.
Step 3: Ship the package back to us via the carrier of your choice. Remember that we recommend that you insure the package.
We will send you e-mail confirmation when we receive the package. We will begin processing your credit card immediately; however, it can take up to 6 weeks for a return to be credited to your account.
Notes:
** All gift set items MUST be shipped inside another box or your return will not be accepted. If the gift box is damaged, you will be charged $5.00.
** All footwear must be returned in a standard brown box, including the actual footwear box inside. Any returns sent back in the actual footwear box alone, will be charged an additional $5 repackaging fee.
Exchanges:
For items received in error then please contact our customercare@shantreces.com for details on how to proceed with your exchange.
Items returned in exchange for a different item is allowed if the requested item is available; however, the items will be shipped at the customer’s expense. No exchange will be allowed for clearance, seasonal, or holiday items.
